Pricing & plans
How much does a website cost?
Plans start at $55/month with no setup fee. Growth is $99/month and adds local SEO and a monthly blog post. Pro is $199/month for e-commerce, unlimited pages and a full SEO campaign. Compare the included pages, ongoing support and third-party costs when reviewing quotes.
Is there really no setup fee?
None. No deposit, no onboarding fee, no contract. Billing starts when your site goes live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, month to month. Billing stops at the end of that cycle and we hand over your source files and transfer the domain.
Why so much cheaper than an agency?
A focused scope and reusable engineering keep the monthly price manageable. Your design and content are tailored to the agreed brief.
Build & timeline
How long until my site is live?
Starter is typically 7-10 days once we have your content, Growth 2-3 weeks, Pro 3-5 weeks depending on scope. If you are in a genuine hurry, say so. We can often get a working version up quickly and refine it live.
What do you need from me?
Your services and prices, a rough idea of who your customers are, any photos you have, and your logo if you have one. If you do not have photos we will tell you what to shoot on your phone, real photos beat stock by a wide margin.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes. We do not count rounds. You see a real working draft rather than a mockup, and we change it until it is right.
Do I own the website?
Yes, design, content, domain and source files. If you leave you take all of it.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes, you get an editor for text and images if you want it. Most clients find emailing us is faster, and there is no penalty either way.
SEO & getting found
How long does SEO take?
Expect ongoing work rather than a fixed ranking deadline. Competition, site history and the improvements required affect timing. We distinguish completed work, search visibility and actual inquiries in reporting.
Should I put “near me” on my site?
Write naturally about your services and the areas you really serve. Repeating “near me” is not a substitute for accurate business details, relevance and proximity.
Can you rank me in cities I do not have an office in?
We can create useful pages for areas you genuinely serve. That does not guarantee local map rankings. Eligible service-area profiles use named areas, not a radius, and distance still matters. Never claim an office that does not exist.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No. We commit to the agreed work, clear reporting and improvements guided by evidence. Neither organic rankings nor a specific number of inquiries can be guaranteed.
Do you use AI to write content?
We may use AI to support research and drafting. A person checks accuracy and builds the content around your actual services and experience. The quality and usefulness of the finished page matter.
Existing sites & migration
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Usually we rebuild rather than patch. It is faster and the result is better. We keep whatever is working, and map every old URL to a new one with 301 redirects so your existing rankings carry over.
Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?
A redesign can affect search visibility. We inventory important URLs, preserve useful content, map necessary redirects and monitor indexing after launch. No fixed recovery time or ranking increase is guaranteed.
Can you move me off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy?
Yes, it is one of the most common jobs we do. You keep your domain; only the hosting changes, and you stop paying their monthly fee.
What if my current developer has my domain?
Check the registrar account and registration details first. Transfer requirements depend on the registrar and account access. Keep your domain in an account your business controls; we can help with the technical steps.
Support & maintenance
What counts as an unlimited small edit?
Text, photos, prices, hours, adding a staff member or a service, seasonal banners, new testimonials. A brand-new page or structural redesign is larger work, included on Pro, quoted separately on Starter and Growth.
How fast do edits happen?
Within 48 hours on Starter and Growth, same day on Pro. Genuinely urgent things, a wrong phone number, closed for an emergency. We fix immediately regardless of plan.
What if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us automatically and we fix it. It is our problem to solve, not yours, which is rather the point of a monthly plan.
Is hosting included?
Yes, along with the SSL certificate and domain configuration. No separate hosting bill.
