The target is within 48 hours for routine Starter and Growth edits and same-day priority handling on Pro. We confirm business hours, required assets and the expected completion date for each request.
What if my site goes down?
We investigate hosting and site issues and coordinate with affected providers. Recovery depends on the cause and the agreed support coverage; continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Can I edit the site myself?
Tell us what you need to change regularly. An editing interface depends on the implementation and scope; otherwise, send us routine content edits through the included support service.
